Guardian Carbon Fiber iPhone 4 cases Production

Our Guardian Carbon Fiber iPhone 4 cases are finished with production and being packaged today and tomorrow. Orders will be shipped out on Monday and customers should receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order being picked up. Thank you everyone for your patience and loyalty.

Second batch of Carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases in Production

Due to demand the first production batch of the DRO Concepts Guardian model carbon fiber iphone 4 cases was sold completely out.  The second batch is well into production and going much more smoothly than the first.  We have actually expanded the production line of the iPhone 4 cases and this next batch will be double the size of the first (to ensure everyone who has pre-ordered gets a carbon fiber iPhone 4 case and hopefully have some instock for a while too).

If you have been following our production you will know that the first batch had some hickups and setbacks. We want to let all of our loyal customer know we are working extremely hard to make sure these delays don't happen again.  We are pulling long hours and even working weekends to make sure the guardian model carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases are ready as soon as possilbe.  We really appreciate your patience and business.

With the production time line we have right now we are expecting to begin shipping the cases again towards the end of October.  We should have a more exact date in a few days. I hope you understand our products are completely crafted by hand so it can be difficult to nail down and exact time line and we really do not want to promise a delivery date at miss it again.

Due to demand beyond our expectations, the first preorder batch of carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases has sold completely out. 

Due to this demand and delays experienced with the first batch of iPhone 4 cases, the completion of the next batch of iPhone 4 cases was also delayed. They are currently in production and will begin shipping in October. 

Due to the demand we are also extending our FREE domestic shipping promotion to anyone who pre-orders.

New Carbon Fiber iPhone 4 Case Photos

Hi guys, many of you have been waiting for pictures of the new carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases. As a result we have directed most of you to look at our carbon fiber iPhone 3GS guardian case as this case is very similar in fit and function, just redesigned for the iPhone 4 deminsions.  But we took some quick shots of the carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases we have been testing and are posting them now. 

 

The carbon fiber iPhone 4 cases are set to begin shipping on August 18th and we greatly appreciate all of our loyal customers being patient with the wait.  With all the problems Apple is having with signal attenuation we redesigned the interior liner and preformed many additional tests to ensure our carbon fiber iPhone cases would solve the signal attenuation issues.  These additional redesigns caused the delay that has pushed the shipping dates back from July 30th.
