Thanks for everyone for their support and patience. With the great response from customers, we were unable to process every pre-order in one single day. So our pre-orders have begun shipping and will be going out in the order in which they were received. We figure that's the fairest way for everyone :)
All of our domestic orders will be shipping through USPS priority mail and usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. Our international orders will be shipping USPS global priority mail and will take between 6-9 business days to arrive. Tracking numbers and shipping details will be sent out along with customer notification.

It disappeared
so I thought I would write it again. I recieved a email saying my package was shipped out 08/10 (Monday) USPS 2-3 days.
It is now 08/16 (Saturday). I recently wrote a email to Dro Concept with no reply
what's going on dro concept?

Preordered mine July 20th and got it today. It wwas worth the wait. Mine looks gorgeous.

Still no case for me
I do beleave something is wrong I pre ordered mine on July 15
I wrote them an email and they replied saying they would ship another order for me on Tuesday. So I'm hoping I get it this week. I asked them to let me know when my second order is shipped but didn't get that request. So I guess I will have my fingers crossed.

We have sent a few reply emails. Hopefully posting to the blog gets through. We re-shipped another order to you this morning. We are showing your order was originally mailed the morning fo August 11th.
We are under completely new management and instead of having an outsourced fulfillment house for shipping we have moved everything inside our facility to help improve shipping times to get our products to our customers as quickly as possible.

We took a look at the link Mario submitted and want our customers to know that this case is constructed completely different than the last model. These cases are made as one solid unit(monocoque) and there is absolutely no bonded edges to crack apart. We also have furthered our research on signal strength to provide a very large improvement over the last design.

Mine arrived in 7 days while I was away. A replacement was going to be sent and I guess it never was. Just installed it and I believe the fit is too loose and also there is a gap on the front where they meet, and I can see the silver of the iPhone. I am planning to return this unless some quick remedy is available.

Support from Mary was great and she offered to replace mine and send another one in a few weeks to evaluate with a new locking feature. I have sent mine back for a refund and appreciate Mary trying to support me as a customer.

I received an email from Mary on 8/19/09, explaining that another case would be sent out immediately, since I did not receive my case that was sent out on 8/11/09. Today is 8/27/09, and I have nothing. Sorry to say, but 12 total business days, 6 business days since the email from Mary is more than enough time to package and send out 1 case within the continental USA! This is ridiculous!
