Pre-Order shipments delayed, hopefully just a few days though.

We are disappointed to say we have had to push back the shipping date for the Pre-Ordered carbon fiber iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS cases.  While the carbon fiber work is actually finished and in full production we have met a problem with the neoprene liners.  We ourselves are mainly a composites company and do not produce the liners for our carbon cases (we do design them). We used the neoprene supply company from our last carbon fiber cases design as we already had a great relationship with them.  Unfortunately times have been tough for them and after speaking extensively with yesterday and this morning it has become apparent that they are not going to be able to fulfill our order on time. (delivery was suppose to be yesterday so we could finish the liner installation and ship today.) Unfortunately we are looking at 9-12 days before we can begin shipping.  We will have a firm date for you first thing Monday August 3rd.

We want our customers to know we are not trying to make excuses and are trying our very best to get the neoprene liner production finished up and final assembly completed.

In the mean time we wanted to go ahead and share some photos of our production and a sneak peak at some of our tooling / molds.

well that sucks! I have been waiting 4 weeks to get this case! I guess I will have to wait 12 more days :) Thanx for being honest and letting me know why there is a delay. I feel like most of time I preorder somthing (morphie air pack) it gets delayed and you never hear why, just that it will be more time.

I have been patiently waiting as well. Had to purchase a cheap cover to protect iPhone until this one arrives. I am a bit dismayed that an email was not sent to those who pre-ordered and were expecting it to be shipped in July. Had to come to this website to get the news.
