Good morning.
I am sending numerous emails but I will not answer.
I am really angry, disappointed and tired of excuses and are useless little serious!
My pack does not arrive and the only fault is yours. Shipping
goods through the USPS in Italy do not get anything!
For a product that costs € 88 to pay extra for a private courier, such as UPS for example, does not make much difference!
You can not promise and sell goods abroad if we do not arrive at its destination!

Pretend that I returned the Case Carbon Fiber (for iPhone 3G), i already paid by credit card, but through private courier UPS!

Good Afternoon Francesco,

We have tried to answer all of your emails and update you on everything we know. We have even had our emails translated to Italian. Please check your spam folder. We have filed a claim with the USPS to open an investigation into the where the case is. It shows it left US Customs on December 12th so it certainly should be in Italy by now. I'm going to go ahead and refund you transaction until this can be sorted out with the USPS. We ARE switching to UPS but everything will not be in place until early January.

I hope this helps. We are working hard to get to the bottom of this.

Well. I am sorry for the drawback but believe I have interested indeed in the purchase. Have done the possible one with the Italian Customs, I have become angry a lot with them but this package is not known that end has done! Be sorry me and I didn't want to be offensive in some way, you don't have guilt, the guilt is only of USPS!
I will just receive the reimbursement of € 88, for the effected purchase December 5 th 2008, and as soon as will be possible, on your behalf, send with a private courrier(UPS...!), I will make another purchase to be able to finally receive the Case Carbon Fiber. I gather the occasion to greet you and to make my warmest wishes of a ood Christmas and happy new year to the whole staff of DROConcepts!
