New updates to the website

This evening we made some new quick website updates based on some of our reader / customer feedback.  We are always  trying to give our customers what they want!  We will be continuing to update our site whenever we can, so if you have any ideas or advise let us know.  After all... most of us were trained as engineers not website designers... haha.

iLounge Apology

Good Evening Readers,

The situation with commenting on the iLounge news story came to my attention yesterday, in which I immediately looked into the issue.  I am very sorry for the actions taken by my company, and personally take full responsibility.  I want to be completely honest and apologize for the entire situation, the employee who initiated these actions is a great kid, who had a lapse of judgment and made a mistake.

I have made it abundantly clear to everyone in our small company that this behavior will not be accepted and will not happen again ever... on any website.  

We enjoy and respect the iLounge community and we are sorry to have deceived their readership.

Title says it all,  our exclusive carbon fiber iPhone 3G cases are available now and usually ship within 24 hours.  The cases are available in true carbon fiber or our exotic silver texalium.... you choose!

The new carbon fiber and silver texalium cases for the apple iPhone 3G came in this after noon and are just how we wanted them.  They are looking very sharp and we can't wait to get them shipping.  We will be pulling an all night packaging party and will be continue to package and begin shipping tomorrow.  Everyone who pre-ordered will be receiving emails with tracking info and confirmation tomorrow.  Thanks everyone for your patience and support.

Carbon fiber iPhone case.... November 18th

Everything has been firmed up and all preorders of our carbon fiber iPhone cases will be sent out Nov. 18th at the latest. Thanks everyone for your support and patience. I promise these cases will be worth the wait. Just Plain Wrong...

Good Evening,

We were incredibly excited when both batches of carbon fiber iPhone and iPhone 3G cases came in early this morning.  Upon quickly removing the cases from the carton we were in total dismay... The cases were just plain wrong.  The toughened coating was no where near the previous samples quality and certainly not up to our strict standards.  We strive to deliver only the best, most unique products to our valued customers.

We have been on the phones all day communicating with the coating facility.  Needless to say we are incredibly sorry and quite disheartened to have to further delay the release of our iPhone cases till next week.  During the calls today we concluded that it will be about a 6-7 business day delay. 

We truly value all of you as supporters and customers.  As always if you would prefer, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund at this time and notify you when the carbon cases become available for general sale.

We will be updateing our Twitter, Facebook, this blog and the website in the coming days when we have the exact ship date for all of the pre-orders.

I know this isn't great news but please sit tight and know that we are passionate and dedicated to delivering you the best iPhone cases around.
